UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 and RideAbility

Hello Riders, Volunteers and Families

As every day has presented us with new information, many questions, and feelings regarding the COVID-19/Coronavirus, we continue to consider all of those whose lives are being impacted in so many ways.

Our priority is always the safety and well being of our participants, volunteers and families.  In order to protect our sensitive community of riders and the volume of volunteers we need to operate, we want to be, compliant with the preventative measures for contamination and social distancing.

At this time to uphold our mission "To improve the lives of children and adults with special needs...", we are making the conscientious decision to suspend lessons at the center this week April 6th as of today.  We will be tending to the horses and to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

We will continue to monitor, reassess, and update as more information, guidelines, and anticipated positive change is announced.

In the coming days and weeks ahead, our plan and decisions will help to support the further spread of the virus and will allow us to return to our regularly scheduled programming with minimal disruption.

Our hope is that we can all find ways to stay calm, cope, and maintain positive throughout this very trying time in our world.

If you have any questions regarding any of our policies please speak with me directly at 516-662-5447.

I know the kids are going to have so many changes right now and we are sad to have to be one of them for this short time.  As more information comes our way we will pass it to you.

We may just change protocol of how our session are given. We are working on that this week.

 We will keep you updated.

Let’s stay healthy and get through this together.
